This prompted Disney to take legal action against the Van Beuren Corporation for plagiarism. Disney won, suing for one million dollars and then dropped the monetary demands, as they said all they set out to do was stop Van Beuren. This book was published right in the middle of the suit, making it scarce, but scarcer still because the center activity sheet is still completely intact.
