Ajouter au panierHardcover. Etat : Very Good. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good. First English Edition. States 'Published in 1950' on the copyright page, in the original green cloth with gilt title in decorated border. The rare British true first British edition of this Fitzgerald classic with beautiful jacket design by Peter curl and author biogr…aphy on back panel. This copy belonged to Chicago bookseller Raymond Mills Jr. of the Main Street Book Store on Michigan Avenue and bears his signature and 1951 date on the endpaper and no other marks save a notation to the bottom rear jacket flap. It subsequently sold at the legendary O'Gara Bookstore in Hyde Park, and bears O'Gara's notation on the back endpaper. A nice association copy. Price clipped, else very good in a very good dust jacket protected in an archival Mylar jacket cover.
