This is the first time James Calder's text has been reproduced in book form. From James Calder's text of 1873 together with newly discovered manuscripts edited by Eustace Fitzsymonds. Sketches by the convict artist Thomas Bock are contained on two leaves between pages 78 and 79. Edited by Eustace Fitzsymonds. (No. 215 of a limited edition of 750 copies. ISBN not printed in book.).
