The protective sleeve is not stuck to either the jacket or the book itself, but it has been wrapped around the boards so that the jacket can't be removed without cutting off the sleeve. There are no previous ownership names, but there is the feint shadow of an old pencilled price in the top right-hand corner of the front free endpaper. There is some foxing to the dust jacket on the lower cover (see image), and the spine is ever so slightly sunned, but overall this is a decent hardback first edition.
