Bel exemplaire sous couvertures de livraison vertes, auquel nous joignons la couverture générale. L'ensemble est présenté sous une chemise en demi maroquin à grains longs bleu, dos à quatre nerfs sertis de guirlandes dorées enrichi de pièces de maroquin mosaïqué rouge, dos également orné de quadruples caissons dorés agrémentés de pièces de maroquin mosaïqué rouge, date dorée en queue, plats de papier marbré, gardes et contreplats de papier caillouté, étui bordé de maroquin bleu, plats de papier marbré, intérieur de papier caillouté, ensemble signé G. Mercier et daté de 1923. Trois ex-libris encollés sur le contreplat dont celui de Maurice Robert. Un mors de la chemise et étui un peu frottés en pieds, petites déchirures marginales sur certaines couvertures vertes. Handsome copy in green part wrappers, to which we add the general cover. The whole is presented in a half blue long-grain morocco chemise, spine with four raised bands set with gilt garlands enriched with red mosaic morocco pieces, spine also decorated with gilt quadruple compartments embellished with red mosaic morocco pieces, gilt date at foot, marbled paper boards, pebbled paper endpapers and pastedowns, slipcase with blue morocco borders, marbled paper boards, pebbled paper interior, signed G. Mercier and dated 1923. Three bookplates pasted on the pastedown including that of Maurice Robert. One joint of the chemise and slipcase slightly rubbed at foot, small marginal tears on some green covers. Rare and handsome copy of this work, one of the most important of the 19th century according to Carteret. *.

Entsprechend werden ihre Ansprüche bezüglich ihrer Mitgift und auf ein Drittel seines Vermögens im Fall des Todes ihres Mannes dargelegt (heute "Zugewinnausgleich"). Auch wie zwischen Erbe, "Gerade" und "Heer-Geräth" (d. i. Waffen und alles dazu Erforderliche für die Söhne) unterschieden werden muss, wie mit dem "Leib-Gedinge" zu verfahren ist u. v. a. Der 2. Teil enthält viel über über Kontrakte und "Ehe-Pactis" sowie über "Heergeräthe, welches dem Schwerdtmagen von männlicher Linien am nechsten verwandt, gehörig" mit vielen regionalen Ausgestaltungen und zahlreichen Beispielen zu Entscheidungen.
