Large hardcover in jacket, 128 pages, index, there are historical b + w illustrations, instructional b + w photographs as well as section of horse locomotion photographs (similar to Muybridge) throughout book. Book is solid and square with attractive cloth bin…ding. Some fading to the binding. There is age-toning to the pages throughout; some light reading wear. The jacket is about good with some rubbing, scraping along edges and surfaces; some chips and tears at edges and corners. Some foxing to jacket edges, flaps; there is soiling, foxing to rear white panel with previous sticker ghost mark at bottom. But jacket is attractive in protective mylar sleeve. m3.
