Genaaid, met 19e eeuwse gemarmerde omslag, iets bestoft, hoekjes met slijtagesporen. Jacques de Berges, heer van Grimbergen is oprichter van een ''Fideicommunis'' (Patrocinaetschap) volgens een octrooi van 21/3/1623. Door overerving, via zijn neef Godefroy de Berges, diens zoon Eugene de Berges (?), en later Philippe François de Berges (die in 1686 prins benoemd werd), nog later diens zoon Alphonse François Dominic de Bergues doofde het Patrocinaetschap toch uit. De oprichting door Jacques ( in 1623) gaf gedurende de volgende 100 jaar aa ''nleiding tot ingewikkelde juridische betwistingen over de erfopvolging. . Zeldzaam processtuk.
