Sections 1-12 (all loose inserts) are clean and crisp and at least VG+ to Near Fine. Sec. 13 (which constitutes the Hetty MacLise-designed psychedelic folder itself) shows a bit of wear along the…spine and its ends (2 small closed tears) and minor wear to the rear tips as well. Still though very presentable.
