There were several lawsuits ranging from divorce to libel and slander and well as crimin…al prosecutions for adultery, perjury, larceny, and murder. These cases occurred over a ten year period. The author, to used rediscovered complete transcripts thought lost in the San Francisco earthquake of 1906, was himself a judge. Some of the legal decisions served as significant prededents, even into modern times. Good in good dust jacket. Price clipped. DJ has wear, soiling, edge tears and chips.
