24 x 17cm. Paperback, 87pp. Text in English and Korean. The title was taken from Kafka and used by novelist Lee Seung-u, elaborated through through eight stories, and is elaborated further here by four Seoul-based Korean artists: Kim Bomin, Son Donghyun, Lee Eun-sil [Eunsil Lee], and Lee Eun-woo [Eunu Lee]. Perhaps that is precisely what constitutes 'one's own home' - existing right here, right now". A very rare, institutionally unrecorded illustrated exhibition catalogue with essays by critic Dae-bum Lee. The group show features the work of Son Donghyun whose work appropriates Western pop culture against traditional Korean styles, and the dreamlike landscape-forms of Eunsil Lee. Very good condition.…
