Original morocco backed Mauchline ware wooden boards, made from wood grown on Flodden Field, with ov…al engraved vignette of Etal Castle transfer printed on the upper cover, with four engraved vignettes in each corner, with an engraving of Twisel Bridge on the lower cover with scroll decorations in the corner, neatly rebacked preserving the original spine. Gernsheim, 323. With the rarely recorded retailer's name of A. & R. Robb of Colstream printed on both covers.
