Wear at the edges and spine ends, small skinned spot on rear cover, else very good. Very good internally. Scarce in hardcover. Laid in ephemera includes: "Railroads At Work, Souvenir Program," 12pp. booklet, illustrated in color and b/w; 2 copies of "Map Of Transportation Within The Grounds, Around The Grounds"; plus 2 blank glossy postcards: "Lagoon of Nations", Mural on Foods Bldg." Presumed first printing, hardcover in orange cloth with blue titling, a previous owner's name along with "Armistice Day 1940" is inked to the front fly leaf, and the book has a subtle skew to the binding, bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, sunning to the spine, mild rubbing with a few light smudges to the covers, some slight shelf wear to the edges, a couple small stains to the fore edge of the text block, and subtle waving to the tail of some pages. Overall, this is a solid, bright, Near Very Good copy.…

Etat : Very Good. Spiral-bound wraps; oblong (approx. 10 by 13.5 inches); illustrated in b/w and color throughout. Small chips and closed tears at top corner of fore-edge, affecting the first three leaves; small closed tears at spine tips, though binding remains tight (sound). In original printed box; a bit rubbed, and banged up along the edges, but in very good shape overall.…
