He became engraver to the Prince of Wales and was influential in bringing Continental art to English collectors through his reproductive engravings.Biography artist: Aert van der Neer (16031677) was a Dutch Golden Age painter renowned for his evocative moonlit river scenes and winter landscapes, often bathed in delicate light and atmosphere. Condition: very good, given age. Slight paper loss in top left margin. A few pinsize holes. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
