Card. Etat : Near Fine. New Year's Greeting Card featuring an embossed and gilt, plastic front cover. Four leaves, one with a verse in English, another with the names, originally in pencil, erased. Plain rear leaf. Silk tie at spine. Size - 5.25" by 3.5". Very attractive condition - virtually as new. This item weighs and qualifies for inexpensive Lettermail postage both to Canada, the USA and other parts of the World. Size: 13.5cm by 8.5cm. Paper.

Photo Mounted on Card. Etat : Very Good. CDV Photo of Reverend John Bayne in his Minister's robes. He was a Scots Presbyterian Minister who came to Upper Canada as a missionary, circa 1834. Briefly in Toronto he moved on to a post in Galt - now Cambridfge - in Ontario. He died in 1958 - prior to Canadian Confederation in 1867. No printed information on the card. Tiny 'printed suignature' below his portrait. Ships via inexpensive Canada Post Lettermail within North America, or via the USPS Media Mail, in card sleeve. Disbound Plates. Etat : VG to Fine. Edition Unknown. Lot of 90 different portraits of Wesleyan Methodist Ministers etc. The plates appear to be from a disbound book so the date and origin of their creation is unknown. They do not seem to be photo litho creations but some form of lithography. Portrait sizes on the plates differ, some have facsimile signatures, some reproduce earlier sources, some are dates. The most recent date among the Lot is 1887. Email for images and other details. Unpacked weight 595g.
