Many proposed fold-out development plans are shown in map format for the New York and New Jersey areas (Droyer's Point, Perth Amboy, Jamaica Bay, Morris Canal Ba…sin, Hackensack River, etc). Important historical report for the region inasmuch as little planning existed for public or private transportation between the two states prior to this time. Additionally, there are three major f/o maps in colour (each about 24" x 30"), showing The Comprehensive Plan for Development of the Port District as recommended by the Port Authority; the Projected Public Improvements and their Relationship to the Comprehensive Plan; and The Motor Truck Trunk Line Highways Plan as suggested by the Port Authority--all Fine condition, dated December 1921.
