The book has some spine lean and light foxing to the fore edges. There are three different name stamps to the preliminary blank page and a date stamp 30 May 1941. The foxing from the lower fore edge encroaches onto the lower margin of a few pages and there are a few light soil marks and very occasional finger soiling to the page margins of several pages. The text block is otherwise on the whole clean. Light crease to the top corner of the rear end paper. The book is tightly bound. A very good copy of this humourous book.
