Gold-tipped page edges. Some wear to board extremities, light soiling to boards, small surface tear toward bottom gutter of front fly page and brief st…arting at hinge in same location. Name of former owner lightly written to front endpaper and words "Christmas 1885" to rear endpaper, both in light pencil. Light foxing on the endpapers but NO FOXING NOR MARKINGS to interior. In remarkably sound condition.
