Ends brushed but tips still fairly sharp. Page-block is foxed. 196pp text is tight and crisp. B/W frontispiece. Previous owner affixed and laid in newspaper clippings of race horses of the day, and some statistics written on inside covers, none throughout the text. Spine is starting to crack but all pages holding tightly. Original unclipped dj is chipping with some loss, but lined with matching paper, some surface soil on white background of rear panel and flaps, displays okay in new mylar.
