Aside from the library markings, and the ABSENT CD, the book is in Very Good condition. But, given the absent CD, some might grade this copy lower, and I would not disagree with that assessment. First Edition. On p. 392 Barber writes about the CD, which, I repeat, is NOT present in this copy. This was the only release of the CD, as the plan to release it as a Naxos CD did not come to fruition.
