Nicks a…t edges of horizontal and vertical center folds, some light brown toning and soiling to both sides, a few spots of surface peeling to paper on exterior side, one corner creased. A very good- copy of an interesting record of Mississippi's transportation shortcomings and virtues as of January 1942.
