Baxter, Ltd, with the 40 Clarke Hutton illustrations inserted and printed by lithography on various tinted papers. Full niger morocco by Sangorski and Sutcliffe, titled and blocked in gold, slipcase, portfolio and endpapers in gold and purple to a design by Clarke Hutton.
