Maroon half leather over marbled boards, gilt spine title, raised bands, marbled endpapers, all edges tinted red, Good+ Ex-Library (white call letters on spine, bookplate to front pastedown…endpaper, small blue accession number stamped on the verso of the title-page and the blank bottom margin of p.33; a stain along 1-1/4" of the fore-edge extending up to 1/2" into the blank margin of the pages, not affecting text or images on plates). Divided into two parts, the first dealing with Romanesque buildings, the second with Gothic, this study was written by the Archivist of the Department of Lot and Garonne. OCLC shows only two copies in US libraries (Yale and Princeton).
