Both boards have general surface wear and rubbing. Edges are rubbed, with wear concentrated at the corners. Corners are bumped and rubbed through to the board. There is no gilt on the binding. The hinges are strong. The binding is sound. The dust jacket is absent. Interior - Pages are generally clean and supple. There is no foxing. Pages exhibit age-appropriate toning, with heavier browning to the endpapers and page margins. The front free endpaper has a blue ink stamp "PROPERTY OF VAN ANTWERP SCHOOL!" on the left and a pencil inscription "Desk Copy" and "A. 13" on the right. There are no tears, stains, creases, or repairs.
