After gathering data, it was organized and carefully read many times. Thematic content analysis technique was used for analyzing the data. Findings of the study showed teachers' educators highly recognized the unavoidable role of teaching practicum what practicum is a great source of proving teachers a number of real life experience. Teacher educators used encouraging verbal feedback. They perceived that teaching practicum develops practical skills of student teacher which will be helpful for practical life. Teacher educators reported that due to overload they find it difficult to provide feedback to students individually.…
