Spine slightly worn/crushed at top and rubbed/crushed at tail, but clean/bright/complete/intact/robust; rear board lightly scuffed; front board slightly worn at bottom corner; boards bumped at corners, but clean/bright/robust; sporadic light to moderate (occasionally moderately heavy) foxing to pages, but text very fresh, pages bright/quite crisp; book ever-so slightly wrung over, but binding firm, all complete/intact. Printed armorial bookplate of Herbert Massey (with printed motto, 'Pro libertate patriae') affixed to front free-endpaper.
