Covers have light soil, and rear cover has a damp stain. Top cover corners have larger bumps, and subsequent pages follow their shape. Spine cover has wear at both ends, cover corners less so. Owner's name and place is written on the front flyleaf, owner's bookplate is inside the front cover; endpapers are a light-tan color. A lower damp stain, centered around the hinge, shows mostly in the blank margins throughout the contents. Otherwise contents are in nice condition.
