FIRST EDITION. Half title; v. sl. spotted. Orig. black cloth. Purple, black & orange pictorial d.w., unclipped; a little rubbed at edges, sl. marked & scuffed, a few small closed tears to upper edge. Ownership inscription of 'W.H. Frost 1980' on leading f.e.p. Copac lists five copies only. Dustjacket by Graham Bishop.
