This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2007 in the subject English Language and Literature Studies - Linguistics, grade: 3,0, University of Münster (Englisches Seminar), language: English, abstract: The English language belongs to the Indo-European group of languages. Modern English is regarded as the global lingua franca. The language is widely spoken all over the world and we encounter it in business, science, technology, advertising, travel, and some other domains. However, how could the language originally spoken by a few thousand Anglo-Saxons establish such dominance The language evolved over centuries and how much the language has change since then is all too clear. Some of the words in present day English date back to Old English, while others come from many of the Indo-European languages. The arrival of other cultures to England had a significant impact on English linguistic history. The influence of Scandinavian, Latin and Romance languages can be clearly seen at all linguistic levels in English language.Historical linguistics is the study of language change. One of its main concerns is the study of the history of words. The discipline that analyses the origin, formation, and development of the word is defined as etymology. It is also a combination of word analysis and the study of literary text across language and time. However, it would not have developed into such an interesting discipline without the linguistic phenomenon of folk etymology. A foreign word that was hard to pronounce would be changed into something that sounded more familiar. Sometimes the change was made unconsciously due to mishearing or misunderstanding. This process frequently occurs when one language borrows a word from another. Since the Norman Conquest the English language was constantly adopting words due to external cultural influences. It is not entirely clear how many words entered English from other languages. But the meaning of some of them has also certainly changed. According to D. Crystal 'most of the words in the language have changed their meaning over the past thousand years, their original meanings forgotten'. 20 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Essay from the year 2010 in the subject Politics - Region: Western Europe, grade: 1,0, University of Wales, Aberystwyth (Department of International Politics), language: English, abstract: Basques are living in seven provinces at the Bay of Biscay on the territories of France (three rather small provinces) and Spain, which constitute the ¿greater Basque Country¿ or ¿Euskal Herriä. In Spain the southern ¿ and by far bigger ¿ part of Euskal Herria consists of the autonomous community Navarra and the autonomous community Basque Country (¿Euskadi¿) with its three provinces Álava, Guipúzcoa and Vizcaya. Basque nationalists in Euskadi claim especially Navarra as part of their territory. The Basque conflict can be described as a nationalist struggle based on ethnicity which is particularly vital ¿ and violent ¿ in Euskadi. Nationalists in the Basque Country are claiming the right for self-determination and sovereignty in contrast to the Spanish government, which is reluctant to grant the Basques sovereignty. Attacks executed by the separatist terrorist group ETA, which have yet left more than 800 dead, are the violent excesses of the conflict. The case study pays special attention to the distinct features of the conflict by analysing the Basque society. As there has not yet been any progressed peace process, the hitherto existing efforts towards peace are being traced and those problems revealed (especially the issue of ¿spoiling¿) that prevented a sustainable peace process from getting kicked off. A glance into the future is then dared that takes into consideration recent political changes.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 20 pp. Englisch.

Interestingly, policy-making has come to ignore the ambiguous and inconclusive academic research results in terms of the benefits and costs of FDI. Almost every country nowadays strives to attract foreign investment most probably due to the success stories of some countries that have achieved rapid economic growth after encouraging FDI (China, Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic). It is beyond doubt that transnational corporations (TNCs) possess much of the world¿s stock of technological knowledge and are productively using it. However, it is not so obvious whether the host countries can benefit from that knowledge.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 16 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Research Paper (undergraduate) from the year 2009 in the subject Communications - Movies and Television, grade: 1, University of Cambridge (Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages), language: English, abstract: The release of Shepitko's Wings in 1966 could not have come at a more culturally contested time in the Soviet Union. Official discomfort about the treatment of the war and the dissatisfaction with ordinary life depicted in the film could itself be said to be a reflection of the themes explored by Shepitko's drama. The certainty of wartime moral purpose and the high regard for a paternalistic authority in the form of Stalin were hard to separate in the minds of those who lived through the war. Equally, the post-war generation saw an awkward rigidity and naivety in the conservative instincts of their parents' generation. Shepitko's heroine is ill at ease in a society that regards complexity and ambiguity as progressive and liberating. In the sense that she is a woman out of place in the modern Soviet Union, it might be argued that Petrukhina represents an image of the failure of an authority figure whose generational heritage and self-definition had become classed as pejorative and was therefore unable to fit in with the Thaw period.BoD - Books on Demand, In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt 20 pp. Englisch.

The ode written in 1819 is probably ¿¿ the best known of his poems, ¿¿Among the English romantic poets Shelley (1792- 1822) occupies the role of a revolutionary. He was a political visionary committed to social change and progress. During his whole life he defended an ideal and extreme political position towards institutions, Christianity, state, marriage, trade etc. This attitude also influenced his poetry: it was visionary, too. Its aim was to show the people the way to freedom and happiness. The task of this paper is to show the important features of the ¿Ode to the West Wind¿ and to demonstrate in which way the ¿Ode to the West Wind¿ supports Shelley¿s image of a visionary.First the formal aspects of the poem will be discussed in detail. Idioms appear as isolated lexical units. They are linguistic expressions and involve metaphors, metonymies, pairs of words, idioms with it, similes, sayings, phrasal verbs, grammatical idioms and they ¿are assumed to be a matter of language alone¿ (Kövecses 2002:199).According to the Oxford Dictionary of Idioms (ODI), the English word idiom derives from the Greek word idios meaning ¿private, peculiar to oneself¿. An idiom ¿is a form of ex-pression or a phrase peculiar to a language and approved by the usage of that language, and it often has a signification other than its grammatical or logical one¿ (ODI 1999). These expres-sions have become rigid within the language. They are used in a fixed way without reference to the literal meaning of their component words. The common phenomenon that the meaning of an expression is difficult or even impossi-ble to deduce from the meaning of the components it is composed of is called Idiomaticity (Fiedler 2007:22). The meaning of the components is difficult to derive because of the arbi-trariness in form and meaning. However, if idioms were arbitrary, they would not be moti-vated. Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2010 in the subject English Language and Literature Studies - Linguistics, grade: 1,3, Humboldt-University of Berlin, language: English, abstract: Pidgin and creole languages, once described as ¿broken English¿, ¿bastardized jargons¿ or ¿marginal languages¿, became objects of serious research for many professional linguists from all over the world. They have generally been accepted as new and independent languages rather than corrupted versions of other, so-called higher, languages (cf. Holm 2000:1). Pidgins and creoles became central to linguistic studies on first and second language acquisition, language linguistic universals, language change and language contact (cf. Todd 2001: 524). McMahon (1994: 253) points out that there are ¿[a]pproximately 200 pidgin and creole languages spoken today, mostly in West Africa, the Carribean and the South Pacific.¿ Tok Pisin, a national language of Papua New Guinea, which is located in the southwest of the Pacific Ocean, can be considered a pidgin/creole language1. In many respects, it shares the linguistic and socio-historical features of other pidgins and creoles spoken around the world. However, Tok Pisin is unusual with regard to its linguistic development, which did not take as much time as in the case of most other pidgin and creole languages. Moreover, linguists are eagerly interested in studying this contact language because its historical development is precisely and accurately documented (cf. Mühlhäusler 1990: 177-181).The pidgin language Tok Pisin has been introduced in the course of this semester¿s seminar Contact Situations: English-Related Pidgins and Creoles. I was part of the presentation group on Tok Pisin. Already then, my interest was raised. Thus, I was concerned with literature and information about the pidgin language before I began to write this term paper. This term paper raises the question whether and to what extent Tok Pisin gains influence in Papua New Guinea over the course of time In this context, various evidence for the assumption will be displayed and above this, several reasons for the spreading of the language will be depicted. For this purpose, I will make use of a variety of scholarly literature, whereby I will especially focus on well-known linguists, such as Mühlhäusler, Holm or Kulick et al.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 28 pp. Englisch.

There is no substitute for behavior, so every kind of behavior is a type of communication. Therefore, it is not possible not to communicate.Based on this fact and the further fact that every social interaction contains a type of communication, it is important to find and study the areas where we can further our communication skills.Since its discovery Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) can be found in nearly every western industrial country. There are many types of training and coaching available. Companies use NLP for their human resource development, especially for their specialist and executive staff. But what is behind NLP which is likely to be announced as an omni-potent method Is it just a profitable commercial theory or can advantages be found concerning the communication process The intention of the current seminar paper is an initial introduction to the wide field of NLP and to present some ways to improve communication skills. After a short introduction, concerning the origin and development of NLP, chapter 2 presents two main principles of the NLP model. Chapter 3 will provide an overview of main elements of Neuro-linguistic Programming and the following chapter gives an overview of basic methods and techniques to show how you can develop your communication skills. Human activities may responsible for the decline in biodiversity and productivity of marine ecosystems, resulting in the depletion of human marine food resources (Jenssen, 2003).Furthermore, the marine environment is an important resource for human welfare and health and fortunately in recent years awareness of its intrinsic value has increased (Derraik, 2002). One particular type of threat to marine ecosystems is the pollution from plastics. These particles are a serious treat to the marine biota and human life and entail significant economic and social costs. Further, they reduce the aesthetic and perhaps intrinsic value of the marine environment (Jenssen, 2003).The aim of this paper is to examine the threats from plastic pollution and introduce an interesting case study from the North Pacific Ocean. Decentralization, in contrast, is considered by many to be one of the most helpful ways to improve a country's economic performance. Nevertheless, only recently have scholars began to look at a possible linkage between the level of decentralization in a country and its level of corruption. Up to now, theoretical insights and empirical evidence in this emerging debate remain both rare and highly contested. This paper aims at contributing to the debate in two ways. On the one hand through challenging and developing several arguments speaking for and against a possible causal relationship between decentralization and corruption; and on the other hand through testing the decentralization-corruption-hypothesis empirically using four different measurements of decentralization. Both parts aim at answering the following question: Is there a causal relationship between a country's level of decentralization and its level of corruption Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 28 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2009 in the subject Politics - Topic: European Union, grade: 1,7, University of Marburg, language: English, abstract: The French philosopher Rémi Brague says that the European identity obtains its specific character directly and indirectly from the Christian religion, because Europe was formed through the Christianity . In addition to that, Samuel Huntington utters that religion is the central size for the delimitation of the different culture rooms and serves him for the de-finition of the limits of Europe .Nevertheless, Wolfgang Burgdorf says that the Christianity is not a reference point for an identity concept because the Islam and the Christianity contains many anti-enlightenment characteristics. Furthermore from a historical point of view, you have to consider flexible, territorial limits of Europe from which you cannot derive any territorial limit of Europe . The present member countries of the EU are in a Christian tradition line. The statement, whether countries, which are in the tradition line of another world religion, cannot be-come a member of the EU, is normative. The fact that for example Turkey isn't a Christian country isn't a reason to itself yet not to include them in the EU, because the religious freedom of the citizens is guaranteed by the EU and the freedom to be a Muslim is just included, too. The German historian Hans Ul-rich Wehler negates the statement, because from his point of view Turkey isn't a part of Europe concerning the geographical, historical, cultural and religious mentality .Who decides, whether the Christian values take a role within the EU Do the Christian values have to be taken into account if you want to define a European identity Which criteria have to be met regarding the limits of the EU And how does the discussion show itself at a federal political level At first, I will discuss these questions before I work out, whether a European identity of the EU expansion sets limits.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 28 pp. Englisch.

IntroductionPossession: A Romance, first published in 1990 marked a turning point in A.S.Byatt¿s career, with its ability to not only attract a small specialized audience but crossing over and lodging in the popular imagination. Although the author had been writing for almost three decades and her highly literary and intelligent style was well.2. Theoretical background2.1. Concepts of Identity¿[¿] who am I ¿( Possession, p.251) are the pondering thoughts of the academic Maud Bailey, the main female Protagonists-maybe the most common question that arises when oneself is reflecting about himself. At the same time this question implies a longing for identity, which is the key theme of the novel discussed in this paper. Possession can be read as a double quest for identity since the protagonists¿ search for their biographical subjects, the Victorian poets H.R. Ash and C. LaMotte, is closely connected to their own search for themselves. However the term identity is a concept which offers various interpretations so that it firstly will be defined by reference to different point of views: the autonomous self by definition of René Decartes, the Freudian approach, developed further by Jacques Lacan and the deconstructionist view of Jacques Derrida.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 24 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2009 in the subject English Language and Literature Studies - Linguistics, grade: 2, University of Salzburg (Anglistik), language: English, abstract: The term ¿politeness¿ goes back to the sixteenth century (e.g. Burke 1993) and is described as ¿having or showing that one has good manners and consideration for other people¿ in the Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary. However, since it is associated to the terms ¿civility¿ and ¿courtesy¿, there are several connections to civilization and life-experience (see for example the Dutch translation ¿be-leefd-heid¿). Therefore ¿politeness¿ is not an absolute term, but influenced by social hirarchy and social status. For about 30 years by now politeness is a very popular research topic and the term has received many different definitions and interpretations (Eelen, 2001). I therefore want to start by summarizing and discussing the most important approaches to linguistic politeness. One of the most interesting aspects of this research field is its situation in the intersection of language and social reality. To study linguistic politeness may lead to a deeper understanding of the connections between society, ethics and language. In the linguistic perspective politeness is a form of language use, which is therefore invariably coupled with social roles and relationships. Not only the social state in a given speech community, but also the language itself influences the expression of politeness, since speech communities differ in their notion of politeness. In second language acquisition not only vocabulary and grammar rules have to be learnt, but also the set of social norms of the foreign speech community. It is therefore of great interest, how second language learners show politeness at different learner levels. I will present an empirical study on the expression of Request and Thanks in Austrian students of different English competence level compared to a native speaking control group.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 24 pp. Englisch.

It first presents the several segmentation methods in the theoretical part and defines the term Best Ager. Then proposals for segmenting the Best Ager market are given. The best methods are developed by the two agencies Grey and TNS Emnid. They use methods which combine lifestyle variables with demographic variables which is most suitable for segmenting the Best Ager market. A tour operator can either stick to these proposals or segment the market with primary research data on itself if it has the necessary financial resources to do so.After the proposals for segmenting the Best Ager market, the travel market is analysed .First the general trends are mentioned and then the trends for the Best Agers are analysed to investigate if the Best Ager market has a potential for the tourism industry in the future.Additionally the demographic development in Germany and the financial situation of the Best Agers is analysed to display if the market will grow in the future and if the Best Agers have the income and assets to afford traveling in the future. The Best Ager market will increase in the future due to decreasing birth rates and longer life expectancies. The financial situation at the moment is quite promising because the pensions are still high and the inherited money is likely to increase in the future due to savings of the past generations. The Best Agers today like to travel and an increase in traveling, especially in trips abroad, city trips, air travels and packaged holidays is expected in the future. The travel propensity for the over 60 year¿s olds lies at about 68%.The preferred holiday forms of the Best Agers are cruises and study trips. The most popular holiday destination is Spain and it is likely to increase in the future. Many Best Agers also like to stay longer in the warmer regions especially in the winter months. This has already been recognized by the tour operators but still can be improved and the offers can be more extended.Best Agers in comparison to other target groups have a high focus on quality and price/quality ratios have to be therefore of an accepted standard. Best Agers like good food and also try the specialties of the different countries or regions, the hotels have to recognize this important fact. Neuware -Research Paper (undergraduate) from the year 2010 in the subject Business economics - Offline Marketing and Online Marketing, grade: 1,0, University of Applied Sciences Fulda, course: International Marketing Management, language: English, abstract: Globalization has increased the competition amongst firms. There are more and more companies which are motivated to conquer foreign markets and enlarge their presence on these markets. For multiple reasons, companies adopt modes to enter foreign markets and find new channels of distribution. Choosing the right and appropriate market entry strategy has a growing importance. As a matter of fact, companies should align their strategy to their objectives and adapt them to the foreign markets environment. There are numerous different entry strategies which are all linked to different entry modes, different amounts of risks or costs. From the least costly mode to the most expensive one we distinguish three main strategies: Export is characterized by the transportation of finished goods from one country to another. The distribution on site is done by an intermediary or by foreign based distributors or agents. Joint Venturing includes different characteristics of various joint contracts with firms to produce or promote services or products. Direct investment is, when a company decides to invest directly into a foreign country by either establish an assembly operation, a wholly-owned operation as well as a merge or an acquisition. Each of the market entry strategy has both, advantages and disadvantages. The less costly the strategy is, the less control the company has over the distribution channel. Consequently, the company depends more or less on foreign institutions or foreign partners. All in all a company has to figure out for itself which strategy to choose, according to its particular situation, financial as well as economical and environmental. Therefore, before entering a market, a previous comprehensive research and analysis of the target market and its economic environment is indispensable to achieve a successful launch into an unknown market.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 24 pp. Englisch.

There are already great successes achieved, such as IAS adoption in EU and Australia, however, there is still considerable work that has to be done in order to not only impose international standards but also achieve better compliance and interpretation. With regard to Germany, reasonable attempts have been made to adopt IAS, however, there are many transition difficulties due to great discrepancies between IAS and HGB which need to be addressed in order to achieve successful transition.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 16 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Seminar paper from the year 2010 in the subject Business economics - Offline Marketing and Online Marketing, grade: 8 (Niederlande), Fontys University of Applied Sciences Venlo, language: English, abstract: The main problems ¿how to optimise a website ¿; ¿what is the potential of search engine marketing according to international sales increase ¿ and ¿for whom is an investment in search engine marketing advisable ¿ have been solved in this report. All important factors which have to be considered when optimising a website have been explained and rounded off with concise examples. The report focused on the subarea of online marketing ¿search engine marketing (SEM)¿.SEM embraces search engine optimisation (SEO) methods and pay per click (PPC). The difference between these methods is that SEO covers lots of measures which can be influenced directly by a company to improve the ranking result of its homepage without spending money. PPC in contrast is rather similar to conventional advertising and does cost money at the moment a person clicks on this advert. Nevertheless an optimal output can only be achieved by carrying out SEO measures and PPC advertising. PPC adverts can also be used to test keywords before starting to optimise a website, so only ideal keywords then can be optimised which lead to the best SEO results. PPC adverts are also a good changeover which can be used until the SEO measures are successful and the homepage is listed on the upper organic results.Surveys regarding to the use and accessibility of the internet within the EU showed that the medium internet has developed as the second most commonly used retail channel within the EU. 65 % of the European population has an internet access and 73 % of the 16 to 24 year old population uses the internet daily or almost daily. More than the half of the Europeans uses the internet for finding information about goods and services for private purpose. More than every second person in Denmark, the UK, Netherland, Germany, Sweden and Finland ordered goods or services for private use in 2008. Those goods and services are mostly travel and holiday accommodations (> 50 %) and clothes and sports goods. That shows that SEM has a great potential for international sales increase. Especially countries with a high population offer as optimal target countries. Companies that sells goods which can be traded within the European Union without any problems and that employs staff that speaks the target areas language have a high potential to increase their sales by implementing SEM.Due to the page limit a detailed and all-embracing report was not possible.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 32 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Document from the year 2010 in the subject Geography / Earth Science - Geology, Mineralogy, Soil Science, Dresden Technical University (Institute of Soil Science and Site Ecology), course: -, language: English, abstract: Soil properties are not only influenced by geographical factors, such as parent material, location and latitude. Often differences in land uses (forest, rubber plantation, paddy field, bare land) are known to have specific effects on soil properties. In the context of the project Living Landscapes China (LILAC) these effects were evaluated and the characteristics of soil types under changing conditions in two transects (altitude and parent material in transect 1, land uses in transect 2) in the Naban River Watershed National Nature Reserve were classified. We used field investigations to classify the soil types, as well as laboratory analyses to quantify specific characteristics in samples, taken from the profiles. Soil physical (bulk density, water content, texture) and chemical parameters (total contents of carbon, nitrogen and macro nutrients, ECEC) were investigated. While differences in altitude did not seem to have profound influences on the soils, effects of land uses were pronounced especially in the first 10 to 20 cm of soil profiles. Soils under forests contain between 1.3 % - 2 % SOC and 0.15 % - 0.17 % TN in the Ah horizon. With contents of 1.2 % SOC and 0.11 % TN (Ah horizon) the profile under agricultural use (paddy rice) clearly contains less SOC and TN than the forest profiles. Fertilization also seemed to have an influence resulting in higher contents of Ca (6 - 12 times) and Mg (up to 4 times) for the topsoil as well as a higher effective CEC (7.9 - 9.3 cmolc/kg) for subsoil horizons of the paddy field compared to forest and rubber sites. The profile under bare land (transect 1) showed higher leaching of nutrients due to the missing soil cover. Thus, Al and Fe contents were enriched, while the effective CEC (5.1 cmolc/kg) was reduced and dominated by Al (> 80 %) compared to the other profiles. Differences between forest sites and the rubber stand (>25 years) were less obvious.BoD - Books on Demand, In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt 64 pp. Englisch.

Neuware -Document from the year 2010 in the subject Biology - Zoology, , language: English, abstract: AbstractThe habitat of the four extant hyena species covers all of Africa and large parts of Asia. Hyenas living in this enormous area have been described by local and western observers for more than 2000 years. Many names have been given to the hyenas in the wide range of languages in which they have been described and several legends and wrong ideas about hyenas have also been spread. In the present study we want to retrace how the wrong perceptions about the hyena, the ¿histoires absurdes¿ as Comte de Buffon has called them, developed and how they were overcome by several scholars in a protracted process. Due to their research work we know today that the mysterious animal ¿hyaenä comprises four species which together build up the Hyaenidae family. We will start by introducing these species shortly (chap. 2).Thereafter we return to the beginning of the hyena history and outline the classical Greco-Roman reports on the hyena and how until the Renaissance and beyond these modelled the occidental perceptions of this animal (chap. 3). Then we examine how the single members of the Hyaenidae family were discovered, described and named by later naturalists and zoologists. In chronological order these were the striped hyena (Hyaena hyaena), the spotted hyena (Crocuta crocuta), the brown hyena (Parahyaena brunnea) and finally the aardwolf (Proteles cristatus) (chap. 4 and 5).Special attention is paid to the first zoological description of the striped hyena by the traveller and naturalist Engelbert Kaempfer from the end of the 17th century. The value of this widely unknown report lies in the fact that it actually made the breakthrough to overcome the confused and puzzling ideas about the hyena which had prevailed up to that time (chap. 4).We conclude our survey with a chapter on ¿imaginary¿ hyenas in which we deal with animals that have been mistaken for real hyenas. In one of these cases the imagined hyena was apparently nothing but a fantasy creature, comprising nevertheless characteristic traits of two real hyena species (chap. 6).The descriptions of the discovery, naming and localisation of the hyena species are followed by two appendices which contain extensive original source texts (some of which are available in translation for the first time) and pictorial material.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 156 pp. Englisch.

Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 24 pp. Spanisch.

Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 24 pp. Spanisch.

Neuware -Bachelor Thesis from the year 2009 in the subject Business economics - Business Ethics, Corporate Ethics, grade: 1,0, University of Bayreuth (Institut für Philosophie), language: English, abstract: Since organisations become larger, complex and boundary-less, organisational identification is viewed as a means for providing cohesion and as key ingredient of organisational success. According to Bhattacharya and colleagues the individuals¿ identification with the company results into several positive effects, such as cooperative behaviour, less employee turnover due to higher satisfaction, as well as having strong human capital in terms of knowledge and skills. At the same time a study by Carmeli and colleagues suggests that the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of a company is positively associated with the employees¿ identification. On that score the theoretical analysis of the thesis will reconstruct this correlation by referring to three distinct processes, in particular affinity, emulation, as well as categorisation and self-enhancement, that describe the emergence of organisational identification of employees. Finally, it will be discussed in how far CSR initiatives may serve as a driver to trigger off the three processes.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 80 pp. Englisch.
