Prof.Dr.Fatih Y ld z worked as teacher, researcher, research director, and founder at the Middle East Technical University(METU) for 38 years, in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biochemistry and Biotechnology departments. He was teacher for more then 5000 students at all levels, BS, MS, Ph.D., and higher. Dr.Yildiz published 160 research and review papers, receiving more then 1250 citations. He also published 7 scientific books which were the first book in the field. Currently, he is the founding director of Mogan International Research Center in Ankara and continues to his scientific activities.
