This Crest Collection is as-new unread, 176 pp. "Preferred Risk," Dell R114, a first Dell printing from 1962 of the winner of the Galaxy-Simon & Schuster Science-Fiction Contest, was originally priced 40 cents, unread but with tidemarks to page edges and to lower outside corners of the final pages, 190 pp. "No Room for Man," a 1963 MacFadden book, 50-179, very-good-plus but with fine vertical white creases near the spine, originally priced 50 cents, 158 pp. followed by 2 pp. publisher's ads, including for the books of Sen. Barry Goldwater. Though only the Crest book is attributed, we believe all three cover illustrations are by Richard Powers. The group of three now reduced from $11.

(Amicus made "The People That Time Forgot" -- with miserable fake dinosaurs -- as a sequel to their "Land That Time Forgot" in 1977, with Patrick Wayne, Doug McClure, Sarah Douglas, and Dana Gillespie.) 191 pp., 124 pp. Two mass-market paperbacks for one price, now reduced from $12.50.
