It opened at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London on 29 January 1969 and then when to Southampton Art Gallery, the Birmingham City Museum and Art Gallery and the Manchester City Art Gallery later that year. It consists of 25 pages and has b/w photographs throughout. The catalogue was designed by Alan Stephens and printed for HMSO by the Curwen Press, Plaistow, London E13. …

This was written a year after his diagnose of lateral sclerosis. Hans Coper was finding it increasingly difficult to work due to poisoning from manganese oxide which he had used in his work. To include Hans Coper 100 published by Ashmolean museum 2020. Provenance.
