First edition thus - being the revised and enlarged edition to include latest aircraft developments, of "All About Airships" published 1911. pp(12)372 with tissue-guarded colour frontispiece and numerous monochrome photo & other plates. Original blue cloth, colour-illustrated backstrip and front cover titled in gilt. Head & foot of backstrip and hinges moderately rubbed, binding elsewheres lightly so. Backstrip also a little inwards-curled at head and foot, and with gilt a little dull. Lower outer corner of front cover a little curled, upper outer corner slightly so. No dust jacket. Edges of text-block moderately age-toned; top edge also lightly dust-marked, and with a number of little indentations. Front flyleaf with shallow indentation remaining from erased pencil price. Binding holding firmly and of pleasing appearance, contents generally clean and tight. VERY GOOD copy.
